The Family of Noemi Rios
Submitted by: UMW - San Antonio Cluster | Our condolences go out to the family of Noemi Z. Rios. Hna Rios went to be with the Lord on March 2, 2010 at the age of 74 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ricardo and Teodora Zambrano; sisters, Maclovia Guzman and Antonia Zambrano; brothers, Ricardo and Henry Zambrano. She is survived by her beloved husband Martin R. Rios; sons, Martin R. Rios, Jr. and wife Rachel, Raul Z. Rios and wife Eva; sisters, Elida Gonzalez and Aida De Leon; brothers, Marcelino Zambrano and wife Ambrana, Isaias Zambrano and wife Sylvia; grandchildren, Angel Rios, Matthew G. Rios, Marisela P. Rios and Marisa Z. Rios and other loving family. Services were held Friday, March 5, 2010 from 3:00 P.M. ~ 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service held at 7:00 P.M. at Brookehill Funeral Home. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. Interment at Mission Burial Park South.

He is expected to move today from intensive care to intermediate care. He is responding better and has been walking around. Currently, he is suffering some short-term memory loss and has begun some therapy to regain the loss. The family asks that you contact Rev. He has had two major operations so far and both have been successful. Nevertheless, they have been hard on him and the family. However, he bounces back and continues to develop. The maxi facial surgeon decided to operate on him again right away because he is developing so fact and starting to talk. So the next operation will be done on Wednesday the 14Th of October. We will be traveling to Las Vegas this Wednesday to be there with him before and after the operation. Please keep him and the family in your prayers.
